1. How much is the delivery fee?

Our delivery fees will be calculated based on your location by local delivery services, via Car Delivery.

2. Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we only do deliveries within Klang Valley.

3. Where are you located?

We are based in a central kitchen located at Cookhouse, Seventeen Mall, PJ.

4. Why is the delivery fee higher than others?

This is because all of our delivery fees are calculated via Car Delivery. This is to ensure your food is delivered safely in a good condition as there were some cases of food being delivered in a rough manner due to Motorcycle Delivery.

5. May I self-pick up my order or arrange for my own delivery?

Yes to both. During the process of placing your order, just choose the option for In-store Pick up.

6. What is included in the regular and premium nigiri set?

For the regular 8 and 13 pieces nigiri:
The regular nigiri set will be selected by our chef. Does not include premium nigiri found in the premium set.

For the 13 premium nigiri:
The 13 pieces nigiri will be selected by our chef. Includes premium nigiri such as Chutoro, Engawa and others. Some nigiri may or may not be included, subject to availability. Due to this, some fishes may be the same and will be prepared in a different manner.

For the 21 premium nigiri:
The 21 pieces nigiri will be selected by our chef. Includes premium nigiri such as Otoro, Chutoro and others. Some nigiri may or may not be included, subject to availability. Due to this, some fishes may be the same and will be prepared in a different manner.

7. How long will it take to deliver?

In light of the COVID cases at present, please allow up to 1-2 hours for the delivery of your food.

8. Refunds

If your order(s) was wrongly delivered or delivered in a bad condition, please do contact us at 013 350 1310 with screenshot attached. We will resolve and issue a refund for your order(s).
